Priced on the volume being removed, and covers pickup, loading, transport and the tipping fee itself — you're not charged separately for the tip run.
Yes — a lot of clients book waste removal and an end of lease clean together so the property is fully cleared and cleaned in one visit.
No — we don't remove or transport asbestos-containing materials. If asbestos is identified on-site, that portion of the job won't proceed and you'll need to engage a licensed asbestos removal specialist separately.
