COMMON QUESTIONS
How often should commercial upholstery be steam cleaned?
Depends on foot traffic — a busy venue's booth seating typically needs it every few months, while a lower-traffic office might only need it once or twice a year. We can recommend a schedule when we quote.
Will it get all the stains out?
Most stains lift with the right treatment, but results depend on the stain type, age and fabric — we'll be upfront on-site if something is unlikely to fully clear.
How long before the furniture can be used again?
Fabric is damp, not soaked, after a steam clean — light use is usually fine within a few hours, with full drying overnight depending on the fabric and ventilation.
Can this be added to our regular cleaning contract?
Yes — it can be bundled into an existing cleaning or facilities contract on a recurring schedule, or booked as a standalone one-off job.
