POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING

Bathrooms & Kitchens
Grout cleaned, silicone edges wiped, splashbacks and mirrors polished, fixtures sanitised.

How soon after trades finish can you start?
We can typically schedule a post-construction clean within a few days of trades finishing — get in touch early so we can lock in your handover date.
Do you clean houses, or only commercial fitouts?
Both — new-build and renovated houses get the same post-construction scope as a commercial fitout, scaled to the size of the job.
Do you remove paint and adhesive residue?
Yes — removing paint splatter, adhesive residue and construction dust from surfaces where it's safe to do so is a core part of the post-construction scope.
Can you work to a tight handover deadline?
Yes. We work to your project schedule and can stage the clean around final inspections or a fixed handover date.
